This comes as shown with normal wear but not abused in my opinion. No damage per se however somebody did etch some kind of (most likely) identification number as you can see in the closeups. Tested and works fine. Listened to both AM and FM stations using my apple earbuds. Even though there are 2 batteries shown they are not include. Sorry I only have a few rechargeable AAA batteries. I’m assuming there was a belt clip with this originally however it is not present here. When photographing I had it sitting on darker wood which is why it appears somewhat brown around the edges. Probably should have used a white background.
