A mediados del siglo XX el cosmólogo Carl Sagan planteó la historia del Universo sintetizada en un año terrestre, correspondiendo el Big Bang a las 0 horas del 1 de enero, y la fecha actual en la última campanada del 31 de diciembre. Lo más curioso de esta extrapolación hipotética del tiempo, es que Homo sapiens apareció en los diez últimos segundos de la vida del Universo, siendo los sumerios la primera civilización documentada que nos dejó por escrito unas tablillas cuneiformes que cuentan la presencia en la Tierra de unos seres "llegados del cielo" a los que llamaron Anunnaki, y, según cuentan, manipularon el genoma del homínido para crear al hombre, pero debido a su mal comportamiento y exceso de población, fueron eliminados por un diluvio, misma historia que milenios después contará la Biblia judeocristiana y más de 500 narraciones repartidas por el orbe. Este resumen pretende confrontar las historias contadas por distintas fuentes antiguas y contemporáneas sobre aquel Diluvio… y ese Nuevo Orden Mundial que se vislumbra tras el coronavirus, presentando una cronología de las pandemias del pasado, la actuación de los BIG PHARMA y BIG BANCA frente a las vacunas, y el futuro de la humanidad con las nuevas tecnologías cuánticas puestas en marcha por los BIG DATA, destacando un paralelismo entre el comportamiento de los Anunnaki y la llamada "Elite" económica que maneja a la humanidad. La narración concluye con una explicación sobre los Siete Principios Universales que rigen todo lo creado en tercera dimensión, y una carta atribuida a Einstein sobre la energía más poderosa jamás creada.

Utwór Gałczyńskiego emanuje elegijnym spokojem i łagodnością. Choć upamiętnia konkretne wydarzenia z czasów II wojny światowej, ton jego daleki jest od bitewnego zgiełku. Podmiot liryczny patrzy na świat z perspektywy metafizycznej i mitotwórczej.</p><p class="paragraph">Nazwa Westerplatte oznacza „wyspa zachodnia”, niegdyś nieopodal znajdowała się również „wyspa wschodnia”, Ost Platte, która z czasem połączyła się z lądem. W połowie XIX w. Westerplatte też przekształcono w półwysep łączący się z wybrzeżem w północno-wschodniej części Gdańska, przy ujściu Martwej Wisły do Bałtyku. To niezamieszkany, zalesiony, dwukilometrowy pas lądu szeroki na 200–500 metrów pomiędzy Zatoką Gdańską i zakolem rzecznym, tzw. Zakrętem Pięciu Gwizdków. Wykupiony z rąk niemieckich jeszcze w 1919 r., w 1925 r. przekazany w bezterminowe, bezpłatne użytkowanie Polsce z uchwalonym przez Ligę Narodów prawem do utrzymania straży wojskowej, w latach 1926–1939 stanowił eksklawę Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej wewnątrz terytorium Wolnego Miasta Gdańska. Stał się też jednym z pierwszych punktów zaatakowanych przez Niemców wraz z rozpoczęciem działań wojennych.</p><p class="paragraph">Gdy ok. godziny 4:48 nad ranem 1 września 1939 roku niemiecki pancernik Schleswig-Holstein rozpoczął ostrzeliwanie Westerplatte, symbolicznie dał początek II wojnie światowej. Jednocześnie szturm na placówkę rozpoczęły oddziały na lądzie. Drugiego dnia walk miał miejsce wielogodzinny atak lotniczy. Odpór polskich żołnierzy atakowanych z lądu, morza i powietrza stał się legendą kampanii wrześniowej i symbolem bohaterskiej obrony Polski przed agresją III Rzeszy. Zadanie wyznaczone przez dowództwo wojskowe przewidywało, że ok. 200 członków załogi pełniących służbę wartowniczą w Wojskowej Składnicy Tranzytowej na półwyspie powstrzyma przewidywany atak niemiecki przez 12 godzin. Bronili się nieustępliwie tydzień, do momentu decyzji o kapitulacji, którą 7 września podjął major Henryk Sucharski wobec braku amunicji, braku możliwości otrzymania wsparcia wojskowego oraz braku środków do opieki nad rannymi. Dzięki codziennym relacjom Polskiego Radia cały kraj usłyszał o waleczności żołnierzy z Westerplatte. Do zbudowania legendy przyczynił się też wiersz Konstantego Ildefonsa Gałczyńskiego <em class="book-title">Pieśń o żołnierzach z Westerplatte</em> napisany na gorąco, już 16 września, przez poetę broniącego wówczas wschodnich granic Polski w mundurze Korpusu Ochrony Pogranicza.</p><p class="paragraph">Obrona była niewątpliwie niezwykle zaciekła, dzielna i nieoczekiwana przez napastników. Świadczy o tym demonstracyjnie okazywany szacunek przeciwnika wobec obrońców Westerplatte. Niemcy nazywali Westerplatte „małym Verdun”; w dowód uznania dla bohaterskiej postawy Polaków gen. Eberhardt, kierujący niemieckim natarciem i odbierający kapitulację z...
