Josefina Ludmer relee, con una mirada atenta a la historia y la política, los textos de la literatura argentina a partir del delito. El delito –sostiene siguiendo a Marx y Freud– está en todos los campos, y por ello, es un instrumento crítico ideal: una frontera móvil y cambiante que no solo sirve para separar la cultura de la no cultura, sino también para articular diferentes zonas, como el Estado, la política, los sujetos, la literatura. Ludmer combina de manera audaz fragmentos de diversas ficciones –de Holmberg, Lugones, Quiroga, Soiza Reilly, Bianco, Mujica Láinez, Arlt, Borges, Puig, Aira, entre otros– para conformar el cuerpo del delito: cuentos de mujeres, judíos, héroes populares, genios, artistas; sujetos excluidos en su momento de la conformación del imaginario nacional, y por eso mismo, protagonistas en la literatura del delito. Aparecen así series, genealogías, redes, historias y personajes de todo tipo, que iluminan esa zona entre el canon y los márgenes, así como los procesos de construcción de identidad en la cultura nacional, desde la fundación del Estado a fines del siglo xix hasta fines del siglo xx. Publicado por primera vez en 1999, El cuerpo del delito es hoy una referencia ineludible para la crítica literaria. Una obra monumental, que además ofrece un recorrido tan lúcido como personal por la vasta bibliografía de la literatura argentina.

Despite being a contested concept, the rule of law is generally recognised as meaning that government is bound in all its actions by fixed and public rules, and that these rules respect certain formal requirements and are enforced by an independent judiciary. </p> This book focuses on formal legality and the question of how to achieve good laws—a topic that was famously addressed by the 18th century enlightened thinkers, but also by prominent legal scholars of our time. Historically, the canon of “good legislation” demanded generality, publicity and accessibility, and comprehensibility of laws; non-retroactivity; consistency; the possibility of complying with legal obligations and prohibitions; stability; and congruency between enacted laws and their application. All these are valuable ideals that should not be abandoned in today’s legal systems, particularly in view of the silent revolution that is transforming our legality-based “states of law” into jurisdictional states. Such ideals are still worth pursuing for those who believe in representative democracy, in the rule of law and in the dignity of legislation. The idea for the book stemmed from the author’s parliamentary and governmental experience; he was responsible for the Government of Spain’s legislative co-ordination from 1982 to 1993, which were years of intensive legislative production. The more than five hundred laws (and thousands of decrees) elaborated in this period profoundly changed all sectors of the legal order inherited from Franco’s dictatorship, and laid the foundations of a new social and democratic system. Z przełomową innowacją mamy do czynienia wtedy, gdy firmy, które reagują na nią wzorcowo, działając w sposób, który wcześniej doprowadził je do sukcesu, ponoszą klęskę. Gans rozszerza teorię Christensena i prezentuje taktyki, które pozwalają wielkim firmom z lekkością wskakiwać na fale innowacji.<br />Gans w swojej książce nie stwierdza jednoznacznie, że klęska takich firm jak Britannica czy Blockbuster była nieunikniona. Obydwie miały wybór, ale Britannica, chcąc nadążyć za technologiczną zmianą, musiałaby kompletnie zmienić swoją strukturę organizacyjną i de facto stać się inną firmą. Blockbuster został wyparty z rynku, bo klienci opowiedzieli się za zaproponowanym przez Neflixa sposobem wypożyczania i oglądania filmów. Ale nic nie stało na przeszkodzie, aby sam Blockbuster powielił model biznesowy zaproponowany przez Netflixa. W 2000 r. ten pierwszy nawet odrzucił szansę zakupu Netflixa za 50 mln dolarów, w 2014 r. zaś wartość start-upu z Kalifornii była wyceniana już na 26 mld dolarów. Ludvig Holberg (1684-1754) is the founding father of the art of theatre in the Nordic countries. He was a satirist - and university professor - who took his main inspirations from the comedies of Moliere and from the commedia dell'arte to create a number of plays that mirrored contemporary costums and conducts in a both realistic and grotesque way. Due to the psychological and philosophical strength behind the comic mask the plays have been staged and revisited ever since. In the 18th century the were part of the European canon. They should be so now again. This book presents Holberg in a European context as a reformer in the spirit of the Enlightenment even before Goldoni, Diderot and Lessing, and at the same time as an exponent of a carnivalesque tradition.
