<p> Na początku 1965 roku Guevara wyjechał do Afryki, aby zaoferować swoją wiedzę i doświadczenie w walce partyzanckiej w trwającym w Kongo konflikcie. Guevara prowadził kubańską operację wsparcia ruchu marksistowskiego "Simba", który powstał w trakcie kryzysu w Kongo. Guevara i 12 innych kubańskich oficerów przybyło do Kongo 24 kwietnia 1965 roku. Wkrótce potem dołączył do nich kontyngent złożony ze 100 Afro-Kubańczyków.</p> <p> Przez pewien czas współpracowali z partyzantką, na czele której stał Laurent-Désiré Kabila, zwolennik obalonego i zamordowanego prezydenta Patrice'a Lumumby. Kontyngent musiał walczyć zarówno z białymi najemnikami z RPA pod wodzą Mike'a Hoare, jak i armią rządową wierną dyktatorowi Mobutu Sese Seko. Celem Che było eksportowanie rewolucji poprzez szkolenie lokalnych bojowników w ideologii marksistowskiej i strategii wojny partyzanckiej.</p> <p> Jeszcze w tym roku, 20 listopada 1965, w złym stanie zdrowia spowodowanym ostrą astmą oraz zniechęcony siedmioma miesiącami frustracji i braku aktywności, Guevara opuścił Kongo razem ze swoją 12-osobową kolumną.</p>

Diese weltweit einzigartige höhere Lehranstalt wirbt damit, in den Künsten der Übersinnlichkeit und Medialität zu unterrichten. Dabei soll es nicht um Illusionskunst gehen, sondern um die tatsächliche Bewirkung paranormaler Phänomene. Die 160 Jahre alte Tradition, das herrliche Anwesen der Lehranstalt und die Zahl von ca. 2.000 Schülern jährlich beeindrucken ihn. Obwohl er sich als einen skeptischen und kritischen Menschen bezeichnet und sich bis dahin noch nie mit der Thematik beschäftigt hat, ist er vom Unterricht und den durchgeführten Experimenten beeindruckt, insbesondere, als offenbar seine eigene Übersinnlichkeit dabei deutlich wird. Kaminsky penned twenty-four novels starring the detective, whom he described as "the anti-Philip Marlowe". In 1981's "Death of a Dissident", Kaminsky debuted Moscow police detective Porfiry Rostnikov, whose stories were praised for their accurate depiction of Soviet life. His other two series starred Abe Lieberman, a hardened Chicago cop, and Lew Fonseca, a process server. In all, Kaminsky wrote more than sixty novels. He died in St. Louis in 2009. While care coordination and quality of care remain paramount policy topics everywhere, countries again turn to payment and efficiency challenges.
