This Dell Latitude D620 at its time was worth around $2000. Obviously it has aged since then but was well maintained until a couple of years ago. The battery was replaced about 4 years ago and is still in good health, however the hard drive is not working. Every other component works fine, a simple hard drive replacement would make this run pretty smooth again but not recommended for high end tasks.
