English Made, The cap looks like the Parker 51 special but does not have the correct end jewel, The pocket clip is bent to the left hand side and the it doesn't appear to be sat correctly as the point of the arrow should sit in the middle of the word "Parker," as shown this is not the case, The pencil is fully working with lead fitted, spares but the eraser has bee used up fully.
