<i>Traslapiel</i> es la voz combativa de muchas mujeres que se reconocen humanas, pero no por ello frágiles, sumisas, mudas. <br>Es la búsqueda de ese yo que se impregna de todo aquello que observa, experimenta y sufre; del anhelo por apurar este tiempo que sin darnos cuenta a todos nos consume. <br>En este libro de poesía la autora desentierra el hacha de guerra y le prende fuego, para reivindicar que otro mundo puede y debe ser posible, que estamos llamados a tomar el control y liberarnos de las imposiciones sociales que coartan nuestra libertad individual y colectiva. <br>En este libro, el amor empieza siempre por uno mismo y pone en el centro lo que importa. <br> <br>SOBRE EL AUTOR <br> <br> <b>Silvia Rivero</b> es una escritora, guionista, directora y organizadora de eventos nacida en Tenerife (Islas Canarias) en 1988. Ligada a las letras desde muy pequeña (ya entonces prefería un libro a jugar), no es hasta los 10 años cuando empieza a dar rienda suelta a esas historias que danzan en su cabeza y comienza escribiendo principalmente prosa; momento en el cual comienza a presentarse y ganar sus primeros concursos escolares. Pero no es hasta 2014 cuando decide dar el paso y abrir un blog público llamado Traslapiel, donde comienza a almacenar parte de sus escritos. A raíz de este blog le llega la oportunidad de explorar nuevos formatos artísticos y decide llevar acabo un primer micro abierto de poesía. Tras su rotundo éxito en este primer contacto con los escenarios, decide fundar un nuevo colectivo poético que llevará por nombre El Club de los Putos Poetas, con el que inicia una actividad frenética en los 2 primeros años de vida del conjunto y pisan un centenar de escenarios en diferentes puntos de la isla. Además de junto a sus compañeros, en estos años de andadura, Silvia continúa participando a título personal en numerosos eventos literarios: ferias, jornadas literarias, maratones poéticos, colaboraciones con otros compañeros escritores, presentaciones de libros, etc… llegando incluso a impartir talleres de poesía en colegios concertados varios años consecutivos. Conoce en el camino al artista polifacético Adrián Arvelo, y  se une a él en Febrero de 2015, formando parte activa del equipo directivo de Carpe Diem; una plataforma que impulsa el formato de micro abierto y todo tipo de eventos literarios. <br>De este formato nace además la revista de artes ‘Carpe Diem Magazine’, con publicación trimestral en formato papel y digital; en la que Silvia también participa como redactora. En 2017 entra a formar parte del colectivo artístico femenino MujerArte, que trabaja por dar visibilidad a las mujeres que hacen música y poesía en Canarias, a través de actuaciones itinerantes. Tras cerrar etapas y con el deseo de contribuir activamente en la creación de espacios literarios y seguir acumulando experiencias para explorar su propio desarrollo artístico, decide fundar a principios de 2018 un nuevo colectivo poético femenin...
