Esta obra desarrolla temas específicos de la doctrina tributaria que se encuentran inmersos en el Código Fiscal de la Federación (CFF) y, a pesar de que el nombre se refiere a la aplicación práctica del CFF, para un estudio integral incorporamos, entre otros, las disposiciones del Reglamento del Código Fiscal de la Federación (RCFF), de la Miscelánea Fiscal para el año 2018 y sus anexos, las recomendaciones de la Procuraduría de la Defensa del Contribuyente (PRODECON) y los criterios del Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT). Considerando la reforma constitucional en materia de derechos humanos y los tratados internacionales que los norman, hemos vinculado dicho tema con los derechos del contribuyente y para ello examinamos la Convención Americana de los Derechos Humanos (Pacto de San José). La obra contiene catorce capítulos en los que se estudian, entre otros, los temas de la ubicación jerárquica de las normas fiscales; los métodos de interpretación de la Norma Fiscal y el estudio de figuras generadas por desviaciones o abusos en la interpretación de la Norma Fiscal, como el fraude a Ley y la simulación, así como las características de las Economías de Opción y su impacto en la materia fiscal; las contribuciones en el sistema tributario mexicano y sus elementos que la conforman, como son los sujetos activo y pasivo, el hecho imponible, la base gravable y la tasa. Como parte del hecho imponible, se analiza la no causación y la exención tributaria y en la base gravable, la mecánica de las deducciones en el ISR, del acreditamiento en el IVA y en el IEPS y los incrementables en el IGI. Parte esencial de la obra, es el derecho informático aplicado a la materia fiscal, como son las figuras de la Firma Electrónica Avanzada (FIEL), el Certificado de la FIEL o Certificado del sello digital y el Buzón Tributario. También se analizan los deberes formales del contribuyente, como la inscripción en el RFC, la presentación de declaraciones, avisos e informes, el llevar la contabilidad e ingresarla mensualmente a la página del SAT, las facultades de fiscalización con las que cuenta la autoridad para verificar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales y la facultad económico coactiva para exigir el pago de los créditos pendientes por cobrar. Parte relevante de la obra es el desarrollo de los derechos de los contribuyentes que se contienen en el CFF, en la Ley Federal de los Derechos del Contribuyente (LFEDECON) y en la ley que regula a la PRODECON.

Es una herramienta gratuita ubicada en la Portal del SAT, la cual facilita a ciertos contribuyentes el cumplimiento de diversas obligaciones fiscales, como la emisión de CFDI, el registro de la contabilidad en medios electrónicos y la presentación de declaraciones. 2. Aplicativo "Mi contabilidad". Es una herramienta gratuita ubicada en el Portal del SAT que facilita el cumplimiento de diversas obligaciones fiscales, además de que permite emitir reportes y consultas. Los principales beneficios de utilizar las herramientas electrónicas referidas son los siguientes: 1. No enviar la contabilidad electrónica al Portal del SAT. 2. En algunos casos, no presentar la declaración informativa de operaciones con terceros (DIOT). 3. Facilitar enormemente la presentación de las declaraciones de pagos provisionales de ISR y definitivos de IVA, así como de la declaración anual del ISR. Con la finalidad de que los contribuyentes que, obligatoria o voluntariamente, utilicen las mencionadas herramientas electrónicas, conozcan los beneficios fiscales y el adecuado manejo de las pantallas que se emplean en "Mis cuentas" y "Mi contabilidad", presentamos esta obra, la cual esperamos sea de gran utilidad para los citados contribuyentes.
