Gefährdungsbeurteilungen psychischer Belastungen (GpB) stellen eine wichtige Säule eines modernen betrieblichen Arbeitsschutzes und Gesundheitsmanagements dar, die seit Oktober 2013 auch im Arbeitsschutzgesetz fest verankert ist. Wir sind fest davon überzeugt, dass eine GpB ein sehr wirkmächtiges "Tool" darstellt, mit dem positive und nachhaltige Veränderungsprozesse in einer Organisation in Richtung Resilienz, Gesundheit, Leistungs- und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit angestoßen werden können. Wie bei anderen komplexen Projekten gibt es aber auch bei einer GpB einige Stolpersteine und unerwünschte Nebenwirkungen, die deren Wirksamkeit reduzieren können. Darüber hinaus gehen Schätzungen davon aus, dass derzeit lediglich 20% der Unternehmen eine GpB durchführen, was u.a. auf Befürchtungen, ungünstige Überzeugungen und Konflikte auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen einer Organisation zurückzuführen ist. A++ has been developed in 2002 in the context of 'Programmierung pur' [Undiluted Programming] (ISBN 3-87820-108-7) with the purpose to serve as a learning instrument rather than as a programming language used to solve practical problems.
