No power cord but it powers on with 8 D batteries (not included). No way for me to test it further since I don’t have satellite radio. The front panel says push and it didn’t do anything. So I opened it up and it was glued shut u can see pics of the speaker behind it. I’ve seen in other ones w this model that that is where the satellite tuner goes, however this one is different and has the tuner cord on the outside. For parts only because I can’t test it. As is. A tamper proof sticker has been placed on this to prevent from fraudulent returns. No returns accepted if sticker tampered with.
